Critter Care

The OKC Zoo is all about taking great care of animals.  Our expertise is wild and exotic animals, but no matter the critter, there are some basics to keep it happy and healthy. Our animal experts will help you discover what animals make good pets, how to choose which pet is right for you, and how to provide for everything it needs. Participants will earn their complete adventure.

Fur, Feathers, and Ferns

Who left those feathers on the ground? Those paw prints in the mud? Animals leave clues all around us!  Join us at the OKC Zoo to learn all about amazing wildlife and how you can help protect them while earning your complete adventure.

A Bear Goes Fishing

Grizzly bears in the wild use their skills to catch fish. After you complete this adventure you'll be able to do the same. Come fish with us in Zoo Lake while completing your elective. We will provide all equipment!

Terms & Agreements

1.Email [email protected] with any refund or cancellation request.

2. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to program start date.

3. Classes are transferable to children in the same age group;
however a 20% service charge will apply for any changes in the original registration.

4. The Zoo reserves the right to cancel classes if registration is below required minimum.

5. Programs are held "rain or shine" unless the zoo is closed due to severe weather conditions.
